Credit Card and E-check Policy

For the convenience of participants, Discipleship Travel LLC offers the option to pay by credit card or e-Check. By using either payment method, clients agree to the following conditions:

  1. Payment of Fees
    Clients agree to include the associated credit card or e-Check processing fees when submitting payment through the secure payment portal. If a client does not select the option to add the fee at the time of payment, the client agrees to be billed separately for the unpaid fee.
  2. Non-Refundable Fees
    Clients understand and accept that all processing fees associated with credit card and e-Check payments are non-refundable under any circumstance. 

Discipleship Travel LLC recommends that travelers obtain travel insurance against risks during travel (e.g., emergency medical and evacuation, missed connection, lost luggage, trip interruption/delay, repatriation, etc.) and prior to travel (e.g., trip cancellation).

Discipleship Travel LLC is not a seller of travel insurance and does not advise travelers on specific insurance needs. Travelers should request policy information or clarification from a licensed travel insurance seller.

Discipleship Travel LLC receives a referral commission if travelers purchase a travel insurance policy from any of the referral links provided by Discipleship Travel LLC.

In the tour documents (e.g., the group webpage and invoice) and at various locations on the company website, Discipleship Travel LLC provides links to a travel insurance provider (Travel Guard®) that offers a variety of travel insurance policies. These links are provided solely for your convenience and do not constitute an obligation to purchase travel insurance from the listed provider.
