We provide a secure payment portal for those desiring to pay via credit/debit card or ACH (eCheck). However, using this payment portal is offered as a convenience to our clients and requires an additional fee. If you choose to pay by a VISA/MasterCard/DISCOVER credit/debit card, there is a 3% + $0.30 transaction fee. The fee to use AMERICAN EXPRESS is 3.5%. An ACH (eCheck) payment requires a 1% + $0.26 transaction fee. You need to check the box that adds these fees on the payment details page. If you do not add those fees at the time of the transaction, Discipleship Travel LLC will bill you for those fees. All fees must be paid in full prior to travel. Make sure that you select the correct fund (group name).

Discipleship Travel LLC recommends that each traveler purchase a travel insurance policy that will sufficiently cover any medical emergencies that may arise. Participants may purchase at additional cost a variety of travel insurance policies that cover trip interruption, lost luggage, and medical emergencies. Depending on the specific policy, participants who purchase insurance within 15-21 days of tour registration will receive additional benefits.
