DAY 1 (May 29) Your Journey Begins
Your Life of Paul Study Tour begins as you depart Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) for Türkiye (IST). During your overnight flight, you’ll have time to review the study materials provided before the trip and begin preparing for the places where the Apostle Paul lived, traveled, and proclaimed the gospel.
Over the coming days, you’ll walk ancient Roman roads, visit the cities where churches were established, and explore many of the locations recorded in the Book of Acts. By experiencing these places firsthand, Scripture will take on new depth as geography, history, archaeology, and the biblical text come together.
DAY 2 (May 30) Welcome to Türkiye!
After arriving in Istanbul (IST), you’ll meet your guide and driver before transferring to your hotel for the evening. Rest and recover from your international flight while preparing for the adventure ahead.
Tomorrow the study tour truly begins as you explore the city that once served as Constantinople before flying to the region of Tarsus, the birthplace of the Apostle Paul and the starting point for tracing his missionary journeys across Asia Minor.
DAY 3 (May 31) From Constantinople to the Birthplace of Paul
Where Paul’s Story Begins
The story of the Apostle Paul did not begin on the road to Damascus. Long before his dramatic encounter with the risen Christ, Saul was born and raised in Tarsus, a thriving Roman city where Jewish heritage, Greek culture, and Roman citizenship converged. God’s preparation for Paul’s future ministry was already underway long before his first missionary journey began. Today, you’ll begin following that story from its earliest setting, discovering how geography, history, and culture prepared the man who would carry the gospel throughout the Roman Empire. First, though, you will visit the city of Istanbul!
Hagia Sophia
Your day begins with a visit to Hagia Sophia, one of the world’s most extraordinary architectural and historical treasures. Constructed in A.D. 537 as the principal church of the Byzantine Empire, it stood for nearly a thousand years as the spiritual center of Eastern Christianity. Here you’ll gain an appreciation for the remarkable growth of the Christian faith after the New Testament era and the enduring influence of the church in this region of the world.
Blue Mosque
Standing just across the square from Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque provides an opportunity to better understand modern Türkiye. As an active place of worship, it offers valuable insight into the religious landscape of the country where you’ll spend the next ten days following the footsteps of the Apostle Paul.
Spice Market
Stroll through one of Istanbul’s oldest and most colorful markets, where merchants have traded goods from Europe, Asia, and the Middle East for centuries. The sights, sounds, and aromas provide a vivid introduction to the cultures that have met at this crossroads of civilization throughout history.
Bosphorus Cruise
Enjoy a relaxing cruise on the Bosphorus Strait, the narrow waterway separating Europe and Asia. Few places better illustrate Türkiye’s strategic location between continents. Seeing this geography firsthand provides important context for understanding why this region has played such a significant role in biblical history, world history, and the spread of Christianity.
Flight to Tarsus
This evening you’ll fly south to the fertile plains of Cilicia and arrive in Tarsus, the birthplace of the Apostle Paul. Over the next several days, you’ll leave behind the familiar tourist routes and begin tracing the opening chapters of Acts as Paul’s first missionary journey unfolds across Asia Minor. Rather than studying these events only from maps or photographs, you’ll experience the landscapes, roads, and cities where the biblical account took place.
Tonight you’ll settle into your hotel in Tarsus. Tomorrow the biblical journey truly begins as you explore Paul’s hometown, travel an ancient Roman road, pass through the famous Cilician Gates, and begin following the route of his first missionary journey toward Derbe, Lystra, Iconium, Pisidian Antioch, Perga, and beyond.
Meals: Breakfast and Dinner

DAY 4 (June 1) Following the First Missionary Journey
Tracing the Road of the Apostle Paul
Today you’ll begin following the route of Paul’s first missionary journey through the rugged heart of Asia Minor. Leaving Tarsus, you’ll travel ancient roads that carried Roman armies, merchants, and eventually the gospel itself. As you pass through the famous Cilician Gates and visit the regions of Derbe, Lystra, and Iconium, the events of Acts 13–14 come into sharp focus. Along the way, you’ll discover how God used geography, Roman infrastructure, and ordinary people to spread the good news of Jesus Christ throughout the ancient world.
Tarsus
Your morning begins in Tarsus, the birthplace of the Apostle Paul. As you explore this ancient city, you’ll consider how Saul’s Jewish upbringing, Roman citizenship, and education prepared him for the unique ministry God had planned. Discussions throughout the day will connect Paul’s early life with the missionary journeys that transformed the Mediterranean world.
St. Paul’s Well
Visit the traditional site associated with St. Paul’s Well, an enduring reminder of Tarsus’ connection with one of Christianity’s greatest missionaries. While the archaeological evidence for the well itself remains uncertain, the site provides an opportunity to reflect on Paul’s early years and the remarkable way God prepared an ordinary man for an extraordinary calling.
Ancient Roman Road at Sağlıklı
A short drive brings you to one of the best-preserved sections of Roman roadway in Türkiye. Walking these ancient stones offers a tangible connection to the transportation network that linked cities across the Roman Empire. Although we cannot know whether Paul stepped on this exact stretch of pavement, he certainly traveled roads like these as he carried the gospel from city to city. Here you’ll gain a fresh appreciation for how Roman engineering became one of God’s providential instruments for the rapid spread of Christianity.
The Cilician Gates
Travel through the famous Cilician Gates, the narrow mountain pass that has connected the Mediterranean coast with central Anatolia for thousands of years. Armies, emperors, traders, and missionaries all passed through this strategic corridor. As you journey through these mountains, you’ll better understand both the challenges and opportunities that faced Paul as he carried the gospel into the interior of Asia Minor.
Derbe
Passing through the region of Derbe, you’ll discuss the closing events of Paul’s first missionary journey and the important role this city played in establishing new churches among the Gentiles. Although little remains to identify the ancient city with certainty, the surrounding landscape helps illustrate the rural setting in which the gospel continued to spread.
Lystra
At Lystra, the biblical narrative comes vividly to life. Here Paul healed a man crippled from birth, prompting the astonished crowd to identify Barnabas as Zeus and Paul as Hermes. Their attempt to offer sacrifices quickly turned to violent opposition as Paul was stoned and left for dead before courageously returning to continue the mission. You’ll read these events where they occurred and consider both the cost and the courage of faithful gospel ministry.
Evening Arrival in Konya
By evening you’ll arrive in modern Konya, the site of ancient Iconium, where Paul and Barnabas experienced both remarkable success and determined opposition. The city will provide the setting for tomorrow’s exploration of one of the most significant centers of early Christianity.
Tonight you’ll settle into your hotel in Konya. Tomorrow you’ll explore ancient Iconium before continuing to Pisidian Antioch, where Paul delivered one of the most significant recorded sermons in the Book of Acts.
Meals: Breakfast and Dinner
Konya Hotel
DAY 5 (June 2) The Gospel Comes to Galatia
From Courage to Conviction
Having followed Paul’s route into the interior of Asia Minor, today you’ll continue through the cities where the gospel first took root among the Gentiles. The events recorded in Acts 13–14 are no longer simply names on a map but places where real people heard the message of Christ, responded in faith, and helped establish some of the earliest churches in Christian history. Today’s journey centers on the proclamation of the gospel and the response it demanded.
Iconium
Your morning begins in Iconium (modern Konya), where Paul and Barnabas continued preaching after leaving Lystra. Here the gospel was received by many Jews and Gentiles, yet it also stirred determined opposition that eventually forced the missionaries to flee. As you explore the city and its archaeological museum, you’ll consider how the same message that united believers also divided communities, illustrating both the power and the cost of faithful witness.
Journey Across the Anatolian Plateau
Travel through the broad landscapes of central Türkiye as you retrace another portion of Paul’s first missionary journey. The distances between cities remind us that the spread of Christianity was neither quick nor easy. Each mile represented purposeful travel, personal sacrifice, and unwavering commitment to proclaiming Christ wherever doors opened.
Pisidian Antioch
One of the highlights of the entire tour awaits as you arrive at Pisidian Antioch, where Paul preached one of the most significant recorded sermons in the Book of Acts. Standing in the city where these events unfolded, you’ll examine how Paul proclaimed Jesus as the promised Messiah by tracing God’s redemptive plan from Israel’s history to the resurrection of Christ. His message invited every listener to respond in faith while warning against rejecting the salvation God had provided.
As you walk through the impressive archaeological remains, you’ll gain a deeper appreciation for the strategic importance of this Roman colony and why Paul repeatedly chose influential cities as centers for gospel ministry.
Yalvaç Archaeological Museum
A visit to the nearby museum enriches your understanding of daily life in Roman Asia Minor through artifacts recovered from Pisidian Antioch and the surrounding region. These discoveries provide valuable historical context for the world in which Paul ministered and help bridge the gap between the biblical text and the archaeological record.
Scenic Drive to Antalya
Leaving the high plateau behind, you’ll descend through the Taurus Mountains toward the Mediterranean coast. This beautiful drive prepares you for the next stage of Paul’s journey as the focus shifts from the inland cities of Galatia to the coastal regions where his first missionary journey began to draw toward its conclusion.
Tonight you’ll settle into your hotel in Antalya (biblical Attalia). Tomorrow you’ll visit Perga, where John Mark departed from Paul and Barnabas, before continuing to the remarkable cities of Hierapolis, Laodicea, and Colossae, whose churches would become central to the spread of Christianity in the Lycus Valley.
Meals: Breakfast and Dinner
Antalya Hotel
DAY 6 (June 3) Returning to the Coast
Completing the First Missionary Journey
Paul’s first missionary journey was more than a series of sermons and new churches. It was a carefully directed mission through the strategic cities of the Roman world, where the gospel took root and began transforming lives across Asia Minor. Today you’ll return to the Mediterranean coast, retracing the closing stages of that remarkable journey. Along the way, you’ll consider both the opportunities and challenges that shaped Paul’s ministry and prepared the way for the continued expansion of Christianity.
Perga
Your day begins in Perga, one of the principal cities of Roman Pamphylia. Paul and Barnabas first arrived here after sailing from Cyprus before traveling north into the rugged mountains of Pisidia. Later, they returned to Perga near the conclusion of their first missionary journey to strengthen the believers before departing for Syrian Antioch.
As you walk its impressive colonnaded streets, Roman theater, and public buildings, you’ll gain a deeper appreciation for the urban centers Paul intentionally selected as bases for gospel ministry. Here you’ll also reflect on John Mark’s decision to leave the missionary team, a moment that later shaped both his own ministry and his relationship with Paul.
Antalya Harbor
From Perga, you’ll continue to nearby Antalya, whose picturesque harbor provides an excellent setting to discuss ancient maritime travel. While the coastline has changed considerably since the first century, it helps illustrate the importance of Mediterranean shipping routes in connecting the churches of the New Testament world. These sea lanes carried merchants, soldiers, missionaries, and ultimately the message of Christ throughout the Roman Empire.
Journey to Pamukkale
Leaving the Mediterranean behind, you’ll travel north toward the Lycus Valley, where some of the most influential churches of the New Testament flourished. As the landscape changes from coastal plains to fertile inland valleys, you’ll prepare to explore three cities whose names continue to echo through the pages of Scripture.
Tonight you’ll settle into your hotel in Pamukkale (biblical Hieropolis). Tomorrow you’ll explore the neighboring cities of Hierapolis, Laodicea, and Colossae, discovering how the gospel matured within a network of churches that encouraged one another in faith and faithfulness.
Meals: Breakfast and Dinner
Pamukkale Hotel
DAY 7 (June 4) The Churches of the Lycus Valley
Growing Together in Christ
The success of Paul’s ministry was measured not simply by the places he visited but by the churches that were established and matured through the gospel. Today you’ll explore the Lycus Valley, home to three closely connected Christian communities whose stories are woven throughout the New Testament. Standing within sight of one another, these cities remind us that the early church grew as a network of believers united by a common faith in Christ.
Hierapolis
Perched above the famous white travertine terraces, Hierapolis became an important center of early Christianity. The city is traditionally associated with Philip and developed into one of the leading Christian communities in Roman Asia. As you explore its streets, theater, and extensive necropolis, you’ll consider how the gospel continued to flourish during the generations following the apostles.
Laodicea
No city better illustrates the relationship between history and Scripture than Laodicea. Known for its wealth, banking industry, medical school, and black wool textile trade, the city appeared prosperous by every worldly measure. Yet Christ’s message to the church in Revelation exposed a very different spiritual condition. Standing among its impressive remains, you’ll gain a fresh understanding of why Jesus called this church to renewed spiritual zeal and wholehearted devotion.
Colossae
Although little remains visible today, Colossae occupies a place of lasting significance through Paul’s Letter to the Colossians. Here you’ll reflect on one of the New Testament’s clearest presentations of the supremacy of Christ and His complete sufficiency for every believer. Looking across the valley toward Laodicea and Hierapolis, you’ll also appreciate how these neighboring churches encouraged one another while facing many of the same spiritual opportunities and challenges.
The Lycus Valley
Before departing, you’ll pause to take in the sweeping view of the Lycus Valley. Seeing these cities together provides a geographical perspective impossible to gain from a map alone. The landscape itself illustrates how the gospel spread naturally along Roman roads and commercial networks, linking believers into vibrant communities of faith throughout Asia Minor.
Tonight you’ll return to your hotel in Pamukkale. Tomorrow you’ll journey to the Aegean coast to reflect on Paul’s moving farewell to the Ephesian elders before arriving near magnificent Ephesus, where the Apostle Paul spent more time than in any other city during his missionary journeys.
Meals: Breakfast and Dinner
Pamukkale Hotel
DAY 8 (June 5) A Shepherd’s Heart
Paul’s Farewell to the Ephesian Elders
After years of planting churches and strengthening believers, Paul eventually turned his attention to preparing faithful leaders who would continue the work after his departure. Today’s journey reveals that deeply personal side of his ministry. As you travel to the Aegean coast, you’ll read one of the most moving farewell addresses recorded in Scripture and discover the heart of a shepherd whose greatest concern was the spiritual health of the churches he loved.
Didyma
Your morning begins with a drive to Didyma, home to one of the largest temples of the ancient world. Dedicated to Apollo, this renowned sanctuary drew pilgrims from across the Roman Empire seeking guidance through its famous oracle, providing a glimpse into the religious world that the early Christians encountered.
While the temple itself is historically fascinating, your visit here has a different purpose. The beautiful waterfront setting offers an ideal place to pause and reflect on Paul’s moving farewell to the Ephesian elders recorded in Acts 20. Over the centuries, sediment carried by the Meander River gradually filled the harbor of Miletus, leaving what was once a thriving seaport several miles inland. The nearby coast at Didyma provides a setting that more closely captures the maritime world from which Paul departed on his final journey toward Jerusalem.
With the Aegean Sea before you, you’ll read Paul’s farewell in a setting that invites reflection on faithful ministry, enduring friendships, and the cost of following Christ. As Paul entrusted the Ephesian elders to God’s care, his words revealed the heart of a shepherd whose greatest concern was not his own future, but the spiritual well-being of the churches he loved.
Miletus
From Didyma you’ll continue to nearby Miletus, where Paul met the elders from Ephesus for one final time. Imagine the shoreline crowded with leaders who had traveled many miles to see the apostle who had taught, encouraged, and loved them for years. Knowing they would likely never meet again, Paul spoke with remarkable humility, courage, and unwavering faith.
Standing in Miletus, you’ll read Acts 20 in its historical setting and reflect on Paul’s commitment to proclaim “the whole counsel of God.” His farewell concludes with one of the most touching scenes in the New Testament as the elders embraced Paul, wept together, and accompanied him to the waiting ship. Here you’ll gain a deeper appreciation for the personal relationships that sustained the advance of the gospel throughout the Roman world.
Arrival in Kuşadası
By evening you’ll arrive in Kuşadası, your base for exploring ancient Ephesus. Tomorrow you’ll walk the marble streets where Paul taught daily, witnessed extraordinary conversions, and helped establish one of the most influential churches of the New Testament.
Tonight you’ll settle into your hotel in Kuşadası. Tomorrow you’ll spend the day exploring magnificent Ephesus, discovering why this great city became the center of Paul’s longest recorded ministry and one of the most influential churches in the history of early Christianity.
Meals: Breakfast and Dinner
Kuşadası Hotel
DAY 9 (June 6) The Glory of Ephesus
The City That Changed Asia
No city shaped the ministry of the Apostle Paul more than Ephesus. During his third missionary journey, Paul spent nearly three years here, longer than in any other city recorded in the Book of Acts. From this strategic center, the gospel spread throughout the Roman province of Asia, churches were strengthened, leaders were trained, and lives were transformed by the power of Christ. Today you’ll walk the streets where these remarkable events unfolded and discover why Ephesus became one of the most influential cities in the history of early Christianity.
Ephesus
Your day begins at one of the best-preserved archaeological sites in the Mediterranean world. As you enter the city, marble streets, towering columns, public fountains, and magnificent civic buildings reveal the prosperity and importance of this great Roman metropolis. Yet beneath its impressive architecture lay a city devoted to the worship of Artemis, whose temple ranked among the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World.
Walking through Ephesus, you’ll follow the setting of Acts 19, where Paul taught daily, performed extraordinary miracles through the power of God, and witnessed the dramatic transformation of countless lives. The burning of costly books of magic and the riot led by the silversmith Demetrius remind us that the gospel not only changed individual hearts but challenged the very economic and religious foundations of the city.
Terrace Houses
Often called the “homes of the wealthy,” the Terrace Houses provide an extraordinary glimpse into daily life during the Roman period. Their beautifully preserved mosaics, frescoes, and advanced engineering reveal the prosperity enjoyed by the city’s elite. As you explore these remarkable residences, you’ll gain a deeper appreciation for the diverse social world into which Paul faithfully proclaimed the gospel, reaching people from every level of society.
Lunch and Personal Reflection
Enjoy lunch while reflecting on the morning’s discoveries. This is an excellent opportunity to consider how God used one faithful servant and one strategically located city to influence an entire region with the message of Christ.
Basilica of St. John
This afternoon you’ll visit the Basilica of St. John, built over the traditional burial site of the Apostle John. Although constructed centuries after the New Testament era, the basilica reflects the enduring importance of Ephesus as a center of Christian life and leadership. Here you’ll consider the ministry of John, the writing of the Gospel and Epistles bearing his name, and the lasting influence of the Ephesian church long after Paul’s ministry had ended.
Ephesus Archaeological Museum
A visit to the museum brings together many of the artifacts that help illuminate the city’s rich history. Sculptures, inscriptions, and everyday objects provide valuable insight into the political, religious, and cultural world in which Paul ministered, allowing the biblical account to be viewed within its broader historical setting.
Time to Explore
Before returning to your hotel, you’ll have time to browse local shops and enjoy the hospitality of modern Selçuk, providing an opportunity to experience contemporary Türkiye while reflecting on the remarkable biblical history surrounding you.
Tonight you’ll return to your hotel in Kuşadası. Tomorrow you’ll continue north to Pergamum, one of the Seven Churches of Revelation, before traveling to Assos, where Paul reunited with his companions after walking alone across the peninsula.
Meals: Breakfast and Dinner
Kuşadası Hotel
DAY 10 (June 7) Faithful Through the Centuries
The Churches That Endured
Paul’s missionary journeys established churches throughout Asia Minor, but their story did not end when the apostles passed from the scene. Today’s journey explores how the Christian faith continued to flourish in the decades that followed. As you visit Pergamum, one of the Seven Churches of Revelation, and conclude the day in Assos, you’ll discover how these communities remained faithful amid political power, pagan worship, and growing persecution.
Pergamum
Rising dramatically above the surrounding countryside, Pergamum was one of the most influential cities of the Roman province of Asia. Its towering acropolis served as the political, cultural, and religious heart of the region, dominating the landscape much as it dominated life in the first century.
As you explore the acropolis, you’ll consider Christ’s message to the church in Pergamum recorded in Revelation 2. Living “where Satan’s throne is” challenged believers to remain faithful despite immense cultural and spiritual pressure. Standing among the temples, public buildings, and impressive theater, you’ll better understand why following Christ required both courage and conviction.
The Asklepion
A short distance from the acropolis lies the famous Asklepion, one of the most renowned medical centers of the ancient world. Dedicated to Asclepius, the Greek god of healing, the sanctuary attracted visitors from across the Roman Empire seeking physical restoration through rituals, dreams, and religious ceremonies.
Walking through this remarkable complex provides insight into the spiritual environment confronted by the early church. It reminds us that the gospel entered a world filled with competing claims of healing, hope, and salvation, proclaiming that true life and lasting hope are found in Christ alone.
Journey to Assos
Leaving Pergamum, you’ll travel south along the beautiful Aegean coastline to Assos, one of the most picturesque settings in western Türkiye. The drive itself offers sweeping views of the sea and surrounding countryside while tracing part of the landscape through which the gospel continued to spread during the apostolic era.
Assos
Perched high above the Aegean Sea, Assos provides one of the most peaceful settings of the entire journey. It was here that Paul rejoined his companions after choosing to walk alone from Troas while the others traveled by ship (Acts 20:13–14). Although Scripture does not explain his reason for making this solitary journey, the passage offers a quiet glimpse into the humanity of the Apostle Paul—a man who occasionally sought time alone before continuing the demanding work God had entrusted to him.
As you walk through this beautifully preserved hilltop city overlooking the sea, you’ll have an opportunity to walk on the same road Paul walked, reflecting on the journey you’ve traced across Asia Minor and the faithful perseverance that characterized Paul’s ministry from beginning to end.
Tonight you’ll settle into your hotel in Assos. Tomorrow you’ll visit Troas, where Paul received the Macedonian Vision and later raised Eutychus from the dead, before returning to Istanbul as your Life of Paul Study Tour draws to a close.
Meals: Breakfast and Dinner
Assos Hotel
DAY 11 (June 8) Looking Beyond Asia
The Gospel Moves West
Every journey eventually reaches its final chapter, but the story of the gospel never ends. Today you’ll visit Troas, where God redirected Paul’s ministry through the vision of a man from Macedonia, opening the door for the gospel to enter Europe. From there you’ll continue to ancient Troy, whose history reminds us that kingdoms rise and fall, while the message of Christ continues to transform lives across every generation.
Troas
Your morning begins in Troas, a city that occupies a unique place in the New Testament. It was here that Paul received the vision of a man from Macedonia pleading, “Come over…and help us,” leading him to carry the gospel into Europe for the first time. This pivotal moment redirected the missionary journey and forever changed the course of Christian history.
Paul later returned to Troas, where believers gathered for worship on the first day of the week. During that memorable evening, the young man Eutychus fell from an upper-story window while Paul was speaking. Through God’s power, he was restored to life, and the church continued worshipping until daybreak.
Standing in Troas, you’ll reflect on God’s sovereign direction in Paul’s ministry and consider how the Lord continues to open doors for the gospel according to His purposes.
Troy
A short distance away lies the legendary city of Troy, made famous through Homer’s Iliad and centuries of archaeological discovery. While Troy is not a biblical site, its history provides valuable perspective on the civilizations that shaped the world into which the gospel was proclaimed.
Empires celebrated their military victories and political power. The gospel advanced through humble servants carrying the message of a crucified and risen Savior. As you explore this remarkable site, you’ll be reminded that earthly kingdoms rise and fall, but the kingdom of God continues to endure.
Return to Istanbul
This afternoon you’ll return to Istanbul, where your Life of Paul Study Tour comes full circle. The cities, roads, harbors, and landscapes you’ve explored have transformed familiar biblical passages into places you have personally experienced. As you reflect on the journey, you’ll see the Book of Acts with new clarity and appreciate more deeply the faith, perseverance, and missionary vision of the Apostle Paul.
Tonight you’ll enjoy your final evening in Türkiye. Tomorrow, some travelers will board their flight home to Dallas/Fort Worth, while others will continue to Cairo to begin the optional Egypt extension. Wherever your journey leads next, we pray that the places you’ve visited and the Scriptures you’ve studied will deepen your love for Christ and strengthen your commitment to making Him known.

Passports must have at least six months of validity remaining at the time of entry into each country. Entry requirements are subject to change, and each participant is responsible for meeting all passport, visa, and entry requirements applicable to his or her itinerary.
Each participant is solely responsible to obtain and maintain a valid passport. Discipleship Travel LLC is not responsible to secure a passport for participants, nor for verifying the validity of currently held passports.
The traveler assumes all responsibility for knowing about and meeting the entry requirements for their destination, whether those requirements are related to pre-travel approval, entry visas, vaccination(s), insurance, travel documents, or any other entry requirement(s) established by the host country. Additionally, the traveler is responsible for any associated costs.
The International Air Transport Association provides helpful information related to the entry requirements of the countries they serve on this page.

Due to airline contracts, bus size, and included porterage, participants are allowed one checked bag, not to exceed 62 inches (length plus width plus depth) and 50 lbs. Participants may also bring one carry-on item and one personal item. Participants should consult the airline’s international baggage regulations as restrictions frequently vary by airline and may change without notice. If the contracted airline changes their policy, resulting in a baggage fee, the participant is solely responsible to pay those fees to the airline.
Airline baggage policies are subject to change at the discretion of the carrier, and such changes may occur with or without prior notice. Should the airline revise its policy to include fees for checked baggage, participants will be responsible for any applicable charges.
