The Seal of the City of Jerusalem

This particular seal is on the outer wall of the mayor’s office in Jerusalem. But the image of the Lion of the Tribe of Judah can be seen all over the city.

Caution: Camels May be Present

These signs – warning of the possible presence of camels – can be seen in the areas of Israel where the Bedouin are raising camels.  In more remote desert areas it is possible to see camels free ranging, but they are typically restrained in some way when being raised nearer highways.
